Managing Expectations  For  Performance

Overview
- Have you ever thought you had others' commitment but no action followed?
- Have you ever had a client reject a proposal but you never knew why?
- Have you ever negotiated for some specific performance but didn't get the
expected result?
- Have you ever worked with a person who didn't meet your expectations but you couldn't
figure out why or how to change his/her performance?

MEP delivers a simple yet powerful approach that enables any person to manage expectations of anyone, in any situation - this workshop is not just for managers. In MEP, participants learn the four factors that determine effective performance. They also learn a unique approach to collaboration that can maximize others' commitment to action. During this two-day workshop, participants develop skills to negotiate in the collaborative style, reinforce effective performance, and diagnose and redirect off-track performance.
