Description
A brief process that aligns critical performance management systems to the shared purpose. Teleos consultants will help executives assess systems such as goal setting, measures, incentives, and performance appraisal. Executives will identify and implement any changes that are needed to ensure that the behaviors and results created through performance management are consistent with the definition of value in the shared purpose.
