Change Acceleration Program
Description
A process that can define and implement performance improvement programs in an accelerated manner. This process involves a combination of performance improvement and leadership development activities. Executives form into a temporary change leadership team and are assigned a single, critical issue. Teleos consultants facilitate the process, train skills, and coach throughout implementation.
